GIANTS!!!

I was never a baseball fanatic. In fact, I never understood the game. I always thought that it is the most boring sport of all... Until the San Francisco GIANTS came in the picture.

Hubby is a sports fan. He would watch whatever it is shown on ESPN or any sport channel.. may it be baseball, basketball, football, tennis, and boxing. He would even watch all replays!!

Anyway, I never watched any GIANTS game even on TV. But since my hubby wants me to experience a ballpark game, we watched the National League Division Series, Game 2: Giants vs Atlanta Braves. It was an exciting game though the Giants loss. After watching the game live, I started watching it with hubby and followed all Giants game till they went to the National League Championship Series against the Phillies. We didn't watch any of the games live for we thought that it would be a money's worth if we go and wait till the World Series, which the GIANTS did! Right after they won the National League Championship Series, hubby looked and bought tickets.

When they won against the Phillies, we were all excited, San Francisco were all pumped up! Me, hubby, and AJ even went out to grab some drinks inspite of the rain. I seriously have goosebumps seeing the excitement, and the happiness that Giants fans express when they won against Phillies in Philadelphia! This pumped me up and got so excited to watch the World Series. This rarely happens in San Francisco so even hubby is excited as well. We even went to the Giants Dug Out Store and waited in line for 2 hours just to buy jackets and a cap. That 2 hours was worth a wait for we got good deals and a jacket that we don't usually see people wearing.

Thursday afternoon, I came home early from work. Rested a bit, and cooked for an early dinner. Dressed up and excitedly headed to AT&T Park. Man! The park is so crowded and we were so happy to have gotten tickets with good seats!!! We were seated at the center right field had a really great view. And to top of it all, GIANTS won, 9-0!!!!

I can't wait to see Giants, the underdog, win the World Series!!!

GO GIANTS!!!
